About the role

KFG is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced foundation phase educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will play an important role in nurturing, inspiring and supporting young learners through a creative, child-centred approach based on best practice and the British EYFS framework.

Requirements

Qualifications

Recognised early years qualification, such as CACHE Level 3, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND or PGCE in Early Years

English as a first language / native-level English fluency

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting

Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum

Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on EYFS principles

Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Support children's personal, social and emotional development

Observe, assess and document children's learning and development

Maintain positive communication with parents and caregivers

Work collaboratively with colleagues and management

Bring creativity, flexibility and a positive growth mindset to the classroom

Promote children's wellbeing, safety and development

Maintain high standards of health, safety and safeguarding
