Associate Principal - Water Supply (PPP)

He shall have background in civil engineering with experience in design and management of infrastructure project such as (Large Water Transmission Systems, Treatment Plants, etc…) As a PPP Expert, he shall be leading from Opportunity (proposal stage) till project awarding , execution & operation . He will be the PPP expert, advising the PM/DM and all involved team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, and oversight, and ensuring that all work is performed as per the requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience.
• A professional Engineer (PE) license and PMP are preferred.
• Proven experience on a minimum of two PPP projects, where candidate shall provide detailed description of his position, responsibilities, tasks during the assignment.
• Knowledge and awareness about BOT & BOO contracts.
• Financial Modelling & cost Benefit analysis knowledge.
• Experience in the Gulf region and particularly in Saudi Arabia is a must .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
