Screeder

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor screening machines and related equipment. Feed raw materials into screening equipment according to production requirements. Separate and grade materials according to specified sizes and quality standards. Monitor the screening process to ensure consistent production output. Inspect screened materials for proper size, quality, and contamination. Identify blockages, equipment faults, excessive vibration, or abnormal machine operation. Perform basic cleaning and routine checks of screening equipment. Assist maintenance personnel with equipment repairs when required. Ensure proper handling and movement of screened materials. Maintain accurate production and equipment operation records. Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets. Keep the screening area clean and organized. Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Report equipment faults, safety hazards, and production challenges to the supervisor. Work closely with machine operators, maintenance teams, and production supervisors.

Requirements: Proven years of experience operating or working with screening equipment. Experience in a quarry, construction, mining, aggregate, or manufacturing environment is an advantage. Basic knowledge of screening machines, conveyors, crushers, and material-processing equipment. Ability to identify basic machine faults and production problems. Good physical fitness and ability to work in dusty and outdoor environments. Strong attention to safety and operational procedures. Ability to follow instructions and production schedules. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required. Relevant technical training or trade certification is an advantage.
