Kefalo Company Limited is seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation for company staff, clients, documents, and other materials as required.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, well-presented, and have a strong understanding of road safety and routes within Nairobi and across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

●      Safely transport company staff, clients, documents, and materials as required.

●      Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.

●      Observe all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

●      Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.

●      Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.

●      Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

●      Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, trips, and vehicle maintenance.

●      Plan and use efficient routes while taking traffic and road conditions into consideration.

●      Ensure all vehicle documentation, insurance, inspection, and licences are valid and up to date.

●      Assist with loading and unloading items when required.

●      Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle-related issues to management immediately.

●      Maintain confidentiality when handling company information, documents, or transporting staff and clients.

●      Carry out other driving and related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

●      Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience .

●      Valid Kenyan driving licence for the relevant vehicle category.

●      Proven experience as a company, corporate, executive, or personal driver will be an added advantage.

●      Clean and responsible driving record.

●      Good knowledge of Nairobi and major routes across Kenya.

●      Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

●      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

●      Ability to work flexible hours when required.

●      Strong time-management and organizational skills.

●      Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and presentable.

●      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
