Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth and efficient operations to maintain the high brand standards

Develop business strategies to maximise turnover and profitability

Develop, train and coach staff to acquire high standard of food, customer service and hygiene

Effective use of restaurant manpower and food cost to enhance revenue

Conduct competitor analysis and be aware of local market initiatives

Align restaurant’s activities with company’s vision

Requirements:

Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve targets

Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record in established restaurants

Diverse experience in the food & beverage operations
