🔧 What You’ll Do

• Handle quotations, cost estimation, and pricing with contractors.
• Prepare and award subcontracts for projects.
• Manage project cost control from initial calculations to final figures.
• Evaluate contractor proposals and specifications.
• Prepare tender submissions, progress claims, progress payments, VO, and finalize accounts.
• Coordinate documentation with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to address special requirements in tenders.
• Collaborate with the construction team on tender scopes and align on requirements.
• Monitor and manage deductions for materials purchased for subcontractors or suppliers.
