*Inside Sales & Account Representative*

An office-based salesperson who drives revenue by phone and email and keeps customers happy after the sale.

*Key responsibilities*

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on inbound leads
• Qualify leads, present products or services, and close deals
• Manage a book of existing customers: check-ins, renewals, upsells
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues quickly
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations
• Keep the CRM up to date with notes, pipeline, and activity
• Hit daily call targets and monthly sales goals

Clear phone communication, relationship building, organization, CRM use, negotiation, and follow-through.
