Project Manager (Electrical & M&E)

Summary: Julian Grey’s client is an established engineering company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) solutions. Responsibilities Plan and oversee electrical and M&E construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within the required schedule, quality and safety standards. Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Manage the design and coordination of electrical and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to meet project specifications and client requirements. Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress claims, material submissions, shop drawings and as-built drawings. Identify project risks and site issues, implementing timely solutions to support successful project delivery. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 4 years of relevant project management experience in electrical and M&E construction. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination and site management. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
