Production Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) -----------------------------------------
We're looking for a Production Analytics Engineer to help drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll transform production data into actionable insights, work closely with cross\-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact factory performance. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with practical problem\-solving and want to see the impact of your work on the production floor, we'd love to hear from you.
Position:
As the Production Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) you will:
- Analyze production data and key manufacturing KPIs to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports that help teams make data\-driven decisions.
- Ensure production data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.
- Investigate operational issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams to solve challenges and optimize performance.
- Turn data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, quality, and process stability.
- Provide analytical and organizational support to the Production Lead.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience working with data, reporting, and performance metrics in a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG or other fast\-paced production environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems using data, as well as the ability to spot patterns, identify root causes and drive practical improvements.
- Confidence using Excel and Power BI to turn data into insights.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Fluent English and .
- Understanding of , continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies (e.g. IWS, DDS or PDCA).
