AI Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Support the implementation and adoption of AI and SaaS recruitment solutions by coordinating data integrations, managing implementation plans, testing workflows, and training recruiters and administrators to ensure smooth system operation and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring AI and SaaS recruitment solutions to meet organizational needs
• Coordinate data and system integrations to enable seamless functionality
• Manage implementation plans and conduct testing to identify and resolve issues
• Train recruiters and administrators on system usage and best practices
• Test and document adoption challenges and workflow issues to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with recruiters to document system configurations and facilitate effective handover

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience demonstrating practical skills aligned with the role’s seniority
• Proficiency in SaaS implementation, system integrations, APIs, project coordination, training, and AI literacy
• Ability to quickly learn recruitment workflows, document processes clearly, and work under recruiter supervision
• Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical, business, or creative discipline
