Technical Lead – MS Ecosystem

Accountabilities: Lead the development and customization of enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Design and develop backend services and business applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

Build, integrate, and maintain APIs and external service integrations to support scalable enterprise applications.

Develop workflow automation and business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataflows.

Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Perform unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support to ensure reliable and high-performing applications.

Collaborate within Agile development teams, contributing to sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support cloud-based deployments and enterprise integrations across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft ecosystem services.

Requirements

7–10 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, Microsoft 365 applications, C#, and .NET/.NET Core.

Strong knowledge of API development, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise application integration.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataflows.

Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Entra, AWS hosting environments, SFTP, and cloud-based application deployment.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and modern software development best practices.

Basic database knowledge and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with AWS EKS, advanced .NET Core concepts, or customer-facing business engagement is considered an advantage.

Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
