Talent Database - Sr. Full Stack Developer

Accountabilities: The Senior Full Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for global clients. The role requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within distributed agile teams across different industries.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

Build and enhance frontend and backend features using modern development technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Participate in agile development processes, including planning, reviews, stand-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into reliable software solutions.

Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.

Contribute technical expertise across projects in industries such as financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, IT services, and more.

Adapt quickly to different technology stacks, project requirements, and client environments.

Maintain strong communication and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior-level software engineer with strong full stack development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a global remote environment. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with international teams and adapting to different project needs.

Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly in global meetings and professional discussions.

Based in India.

Several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar senior software engineering role.

Strong experience developing both frontend and backend applications.

Solid understanding of modern web development frameworks, programming languages, databases, APIs, and software architecture.

Ability to work with different technology stacks and quickly learn new tools when required.

Experience delivering software solutions in agile development environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones.

Availability to provide working-hour overlap with client time zones, including PST, EST, or CST.

Willingness to complete employment and criminal records verification if selected.

Experience across industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, financial services, or enterprise software is a plus.
