Sr. Software Engineer, Fullstack

Accountabilities: The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while driving engineering excellence across teams.

Build and own end-to-end SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and database layers, delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality production code.

Design scalable and future-ready architectures while proactively identifying technical gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Drive application performance, availability, and reliability by investigating issues, optimizing systems, and implementing effective solutions.

Promote a strong quality culture by embedding testing practices such as unit, integration, and contract testing throughout the development lifecycle.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining strong technical judgment and code quality standards.

Conduct thoughtful code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor other engineers to improve team capabilities.

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences while making effective technical decisions.

Partner with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and continuously improve development processes and standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically strong full-stack engineer with experience building reliable applications at scale and a passion for creating impactful user-focused products.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production environments.

Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, and database technologies.

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Ruby on Rails.

Strong understanding of software architecture and experience with technical domains such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, databases, networking, security, serverless platforms, or event-driven systems.

Ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code while following engineering best practices.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful technical trade-offs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
