Accountabilities: Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned partner integrations, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate market, partner, client, and internal business needs to identify opportunities and define investment priorities, business cases, requirements, and measurable success criteria.

Serve as Product Owner for integration initiatives, translating business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and supporting documentation.

Manage product backlogs, facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning, functional reviews, and stakeholder discussions while balancing business value, technical dependencies, and available resources.

Support engineering and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring requirements remain clear and delivery stays aligned with product objectives.

Act as the primary product contact for assigned vendors and strategic technology partners, maintaining strong relationships and coordinating requirements, certifications, enhancements, API changes, and regulatory updates.

Lead partner onboarding activities and ensure integration capabilities are ready for implementation, support, and ongoing client use.

Define scalable and reusable integration requirements and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on APIs, security, platform capabilities, and integration frameworks.

Drive standardization and productization of integration configurations to reduce custom solutions and improve maintainability, repeatability, and operational efficiency.

Partner with Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships teams to understand client needs, delivery priorities, and escalation requirements.

Provide product guidance to implementation teams and contribute to client-facing documentation, implementation guides, release communications, and enablement materials.

Monitor integration adoption, usage, quality, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, implementation effort, and client satisfaction.

Maintain visibility into backlog health, project status, risks, and dependencies while supporting continuous improvements to product and implementation processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management, or a related discipline.

Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations.

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and executable development work.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with product delivery practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, complex dependencies, and relationships across multiple internal and external teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services is an advantage.

Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems, document providers, verification services, credit, fraud, title, appraisal, mortgage insurance, or similar financial-services ecosystem partners is a plus.

Understanding of APIs, web services, data integrations, and modern integration platforms.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable Agile planning and delivery tools.

Experience working directly with third-party vendors and strategic technology partners.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a practical and collaborative approach to product delivery.

Benefits

Base salary: $84,600–$103,400 USD per year, with final compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, expertise, and other job-related considerations.
