Accountabilities: The Product Designer will help strengthen product design foundations by maintaining scalable systems, improving design quality, and supporting seamless collaboration between design and engineering teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a passion for creating consistent and accessible user experiences.

Maintain, expand, and document Figma-based design systems, ensuring components are organized, consistent, and ready for implementation.

Create detailed design specifications and documentation to support accurate engineering execution.

Collaborate with senior designers to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.

Audit existing components, patterns, and product screens to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.

Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately across platforms and devices.

Promote best practices around accessibility, scalability, usability, and visual consistency.

Participate in design reviews and critiques by providing thoughtful feedback and proposing system-level improvements.

Support the evolution of reusable design patterns that improve team efficiency and product quality.

Contribute to smoother workflows by helping teams ship faster while maintaining a high standard of design excellence.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a product designer with strong UI craftsmanship, experience working with design systems, and the ability to translate concepts into structured, implementation-ready solutions. This person should enjoy creating order from complexity and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

2–4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related discipline.

Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including libraries, variants, and structured design files.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to translate product requirements into clear, accurate design specifications.

Portfolio demonstrating strong UI design skills, design system contributions, and scalable design thinking.

Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and product teams.

Proactive mindset with a passion for refining processes and improving product experiences.

Understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design practices is preferred.
