Accountabilities:
Gather business and technical requirements to design and implement software solutions.
Develop, document, and maintain scalable back-end applications using .NET technologies.
Ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements while following development best practices.
Manage assigned tasks independently, prioritizing deliverables and maintaining project timelines.
Proactively identify issues and implement effective technical solutions.
Design and maintain APIs and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
Contribute to software quality through testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or a related field (minimum 360-hour program).
Professional experience developing applications with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational and non-relational database modeling, including advanced SQL development.
Knowledge of layered architectures such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, and multi-tenant application design.
Experience with REST APIs, messaging solutions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and integration best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), refactoring, and Continuous Delivery.
Experience with SQL Server, cloud-managed databases, Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET, and Dapper.
Experience working with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
Knowledge of Azure services, including API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, Key Vault, AKS, Application Insights, Storage Accounts, App Services, and Logic Apps.
Experience using Git and ClearCase for source code version control.
Strong understanding of API design principles.
Excellent analytical thinking, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving skills.
