Manager, Implementation Services

Accountabilities: The Manager, Implementation Services will lead the day-to-day operations of an implementation team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a strong focus on client outcomes. The role will oversee team performance, employee development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable implementation services.

Manage daily operations of the Implementation Manager team, including workload planning, prioritization, task allocation, and delivery oversight.

Ensure team members are aligned with project objectives, client timelines, and organizational goals.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and support career development initiatives.

Lead team meetings to maintain alignment, share updates, and address operational challenges.

Monitor team capacity and proactively adjust resources to maintain delivery quality and commitments.

Support onboarding and development of new team members to accelerate productivity and confidence.

Establish and monitor individual and team performance metrics aligned with business objectives.

Conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and address performance opportunities effectively.

Improve implementation workflows, methodologies, documentation standards, and operational processes.

Review client deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with expectations.

Identify implementation risks, develop mitigation plans, and support resolution of complex client challenges.

Create training and enablement programs to strengthen technical knowledge, implementation skills, and client management capabilities.

Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to share feedback and improve the overall client experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced implementation leader with a strong background in SaaS delivery, team management, and operational improvement. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to build effective remote teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

3+ years of management or team leadership experience.

Experience leading implementation, professional services, or customer delivery teams within a SaaS environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop remote teams.

Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.

Experience creating training programs, enablement resources, or team development initiatives.

Ability to identify process gaps, manage risks, and implement operational improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client escalations and delivery challenges.

Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or project management tools such as Asana or Jira is a plus.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a remote environment.

Competitive base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus opportunities.
