Accountabilities Transformation Planning and Monitoring: Coordinate planning and execution across multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation releases, maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across business and technology workstreams.

Progress Tracking and Performance Management: Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and delivery risks, and escalate critical issues requiring management attention. Develop and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and status reports to support informed decision-making.

Risk and Issue Management: Maintain and govern project and program RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) and risk registers, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and actionable.

Risk Mitigation and Change Control: Facilitate risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation planning. Track remediation actions, monitor completion, and escalate high-impact risks. Coordinate change-control activities, ensuring proposed changes are documented, assessed, and processed through appropriate governance channels.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global program managers, deployment leads, functional teams, workstream leaders, and PMO stakeholders to maintain alignment, strengthen accountability, and support effective program execution.

Meetings and Governance: Plan and facilitate program meetings, workshops, decision boards, and status reviews. Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, decision logs, and dependency registers, ensuring timely follow-up on commitments.

Executive Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, standardized reporting templates, and performance reports that provide accurate and timely visibility across releases and workstreams.

Leadership Communications: Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials for senior leadership, steering committees, and program review forums. Highlight exceptions, emerging risks, critical dependencies, and decisions requiring management intervention.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, reporting processes, templates, and operational workflows.

Standardization and Knowledge Sharing: Capture lessons learned, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage consistent adoption of PMO best practices across project teams to improve delivery quality and effectiveness.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to simplify PMO operations through improved processes, automation, data management, reporting tools, and standardized ways of working.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level qualification in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in project management, program governance, PMO operations, or large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

SAP and ERP Transformation: Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP modernization, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.

Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, delivery governance, risk management, change control, and dependency management practices.

Reporting and Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience developing dashboards, KPI reports, executive presentations, and management reporting solutions.

Project Management Tools: Practical experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent platforms.

Risk and Governance: Ability to manage RAID logs, assess risks, coordinate mitigation plans, track corrective actions, and maintain effective governance and reporting standards.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, data interpretation, fact-based decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results in complex, matrixed organizational environments.

Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for engaging both operational teams and senior leadership.

Planning and Execution: Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases, workstreams, and deadlines simultaneously.

Process Improvement: Experience implementing process improvements, automation, standardized reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Business User Access Management activities and experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.

Certifications: Project management, Agile, or analytics certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum-related credentials are advantageous.

Delivery Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery approaches, particularly within enterprise transformation environments.

Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong teamwork, communication, conflict management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and virtual teams.

Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site at least three days per week, with up to two remote workdays in accordance with the applicable flexible working policy.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to undertake up to 10% domestic and/or international travel as required.
