Accountabilities: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the HRIS, including researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, and process-related problems.

Investigate HRIS incidents and recommend appropriate solutions, workarounds, or alternative approaches to meet business requirements.

Perform scheduled HRIS activities and ensure recurring processes are completed accurately and on time.

Serve as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll stakeholders, supporting effective use of HR systems and processes.

Collaborate with third-party vendors, payroll teams, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

Write, maintain, and support reports and queries using appropriate HRIS reporting tools.

Assist in developing standardized reports to support recurring business and HR requirements.

Maintain data integrity by running queries, performing audits, validating records, and analyzing data flows across HR systems.

Support system testing, enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer service, system functionality, and operational efficiency, recommending innovative solutions where appropriate.

Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, process documentation, and other HRIS reference materials.

Support end users when new processes, system functionality, or enhancements are introduced.

Monitor developments and emerging trends in HRIS technology, product capabilities, service delivery, and support practices.

Continuously develop HRIS and HR technology expertise through professional development, product resources, industry forums, and relevant learning opportunities.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of HRIS experience, or 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist or specialist experience.

Hands-on HRIS experience is required, with UKG experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience supporting HR technology systems, data integrity, reporting, system testing, and process improvement.

Previous system implementation experience is preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate system issues and identify practical solutions.

Experience working with HR data, running queries, conducting audits, and interpreting data to identify inconsistencies or improvement opportunities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or system-related information clearly to HR and business stakeholders.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Working knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.

Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Comfortable working independently within a globally distributed organization and collaborating across international teams.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify improvements rather than simply maintain existing processes.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.

Structured working schedule aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone, currently approximately 9:00 PM–5:30 AM IST .

Work hours may shift by approximately one hour during parts of the year to maintain alignment with Pacific Time.
