Accountabilities: The Enablement Program Manager will lead the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs that support go-to-market teams and drive organizational effectiveness. Design and develop scalable training programs using modern instructional design methodologies and best practices. Create role-based enablement materials, including certifications, playbooks, sales resources, messaging frameworks, mock sessions, and objection-handling guides. Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring training content is organized, accessible, engaging, and effective. Troubleshoot enablement platforms and improve systems, workflows, and processes to support seamless program delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions. Support sales, account management, and partnership teams by developing resources that strengthen customer conversations and business outcomes. Use data from platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and enablement tools to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and improve program performance. Lead enablement projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables independently. Continuously evaluate and refine programs, processes, and tools to improve scalability and operational efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience building enablement programs, creating learning experiences, and partnering with business teams to improve performance in a dynamic environment. 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Proven ability to create sales enablement content, including presentations, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and training materials. Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging and effective learning solutions. Experience supporting go-to-market teams such as sales, account management, partnerships, or customer-facing organizations. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams. Proficiency with business and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong. Experience supporting hospitality, travel, marketplace, or other customer-focused business models. Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
