Desenvolvedor Frontend Flutter (PLENO/SENIOR)

Accountabilities: As a Frontend Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications while contributing to technical decisions and improving development practices. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions.

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Work on strategic Mobile Banking projects focused on performance, usability, and reliability.

Build modern, responsive, and efficient user interfaces.

Integrate applications with REST APIs and microservices.

Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Support the team by sharing development best practices and technical knowledge.

Collaborate closely with business teams, UX/UI designers, QA professionals, and backend developers.

Contribute to continuous improvements in application quality and engineering processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled Flutter developer with experience building mobile applications and working in collaborative technology environments. You should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Solid experience with Flutter and Dart development.

Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.

Knowledge of state management and Flutter application architecture patterns.

Experience working with Git and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design.

Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or payment solutions is a plus.

Previous experience with Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Open Finance, PIX, cards, credit, or investment platforms is highly valued.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed system integrations is an advantage.
