Accountabilities: Handle daily administrative activities for the Account Servicing department, including account research, customer requests, data entry, and the distribution of inbound and outbound correspondence.

Accurately upload and maintain documents within the designated system of record, ensuring information is complete and properly organized.

Review and respond to emails and inquiries relating to account balances, payoffs, and appropriate account decisions.

Correspond with title companies when required to support subordination-related requirements and documentation.

Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards to complete assigned work accurately and within required deadlines.

Provide support and backup coverage for other Administrative Assistants and assist with cross-training administrative staff on assigned processes.

Support general office operations by greeting visitors and staff, coordinating visitor accommodations, maintaining an organized workspace, and providing appropriate information and assistance.

Take on additional administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned by management, adapting effectively as priorities change.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

At least 2 years of office administration and/or customer service experience.

Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently into business systems.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive or deadline-sensitive tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and courteous telephone presence.

Ability to follow direction, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and contribute positively to a team environment.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities, working under deadlines, and maintaining concentration in a busy administrative setting.

Reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to respond productively to changing requirements.

The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday, with a schedule of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch .

The work environment involves significant time sitting, typing, using a computer, and communicating by telephone.
