Manage collection activities professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions Handle POS-related collection activities Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers Ensure accountability and integrity in all collection activities Work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE; OND is preferred Must be numerate and POS-literate Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused High level of integrity and accountability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling, or stock control is an advantage
