WSHO cum ECO (Up to $7,000 / 5 days)

Job Title: WSHO cum ECO (ID6011)

Department / Project Location: Changi Airport Project

Salary Range: $5,000 – $7,000 / month

Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in implementing the WSH Management System, Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, and Risk Assessments.
• Act as Secretary of the Project WSH Committee and lead regular safety meetings.
• Prepare, submit, and enforce the Site Environmental Control Programme.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections to ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal policies.
• Investigate workplace accidents or dangerous occurrences and implement corrective action plans.
• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, NEA, PUB) on safety, vector control, and Earth Control Measures (ECM).
• Organize site safety training and promotional campaigns.
