Job Title: Chef De Partie (Baker) (ID4835) Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 9.00am – 6.40pm Salary : $3000-$3500 Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for daily preparation and baking of bread and pastries • Ensure all products are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area • Monitor and track inventory levels of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies • Maintain proper storage of products in chillers and freezers • Assist in picking, packing and labelling of products • Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste • Any other ad hoc duties assigned
