Marketing Communication Intern (Surabaya)

Job Description :

• Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including store marketing programs and community events
• Assist in preparing, distributing, and ensuring proper installation of promotional materials (Posters, Banners, and other communication assets)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (store teams, local communities, organizations) to ensure smooth activity execution
• Document marketing activities (Photos & videos) and prepare structured activity reports
• Provide insight and on-ground feedback to support more effective local marketing communication stretegies

Qualification :

• Fresh graduate or final-year student (Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field)
• Strong interest in marketing and community activation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site in Bandung
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (design skills are a plus)
