RETAIL MANAGER

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet and ensure smooth and efficient store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet.
• Ensure the outlet operates efficiently and maintains good service standards.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate daily duties according to operational needs.
• Supervise, guide and train staff to ensure proper work performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and display of products.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and operational issues professionally.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organised and maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor cash handling and daily sales transactions where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and relevant regulations.
• Prepare daily or periodic operational reports for management.
• Assist management in improving store operations and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant retail or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
