Resident Technical Officers (HDB BTO)

Responsibilities Supervise building works to ensure compliance with the Building Control Act and project specifications Coordinate and oversee defects investigation and rectification works to resolve issues effectively Verify that contractors complete defects rectification satisfactorily and meet HDB requirements Monitor and track defects rectification progress to ensure adherence to established service standards Maintain accurate and comprehensive site documentation and records for all supervised works Required competencies and certifications BCA registration / NCCS / BCSS certification Minimum 3 years of experience supervising C&S or Architectural works, preferably on HDB BTO projects
