Senior Commercial Lawyer - Leading Firm - Riyadh

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our leading firm in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and international regulations to support our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts to protect the firm's and clients' interests.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to commercial activities.
• Advise on risk management strategies and resolve legal disputes related to commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development and finance to support strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that impact clients and the firm.
• Represent the firm and clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings as necessary.
• A law degree from a recognized university with membership in a relevant legal professional body.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial law, preferably within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian commercial law and regulations, with understanding of international commercial legal practices.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely legal solutions.
• MUST hold a Saudi legal licence
