Admission Officer
Responsibilities:
Receiving and responding to admission enquiries. Providing prospective parents with accurate information about the school. Issuing and receiving admission forms. Checking submitted documents for completeness. Scheduling entrance assessments and interviews. Following up with prospective parents. Maintaining admission records and databases. Preparing weekly/monthly admission reports. Coordinating admission offers and enrolment. Working with the Accounts Department on admission-related payments. Ensuring learner files are properly created and maintained. Supporting school marketing and admission campaigns. Assisting during school events involving prospective parents. Maintaining confidentiality of learner and family information. Meeting agreed admission/enrolment targets.
Requirements:
Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
A professional qualification in Admissions, Customer Service, Marketing, or School Administration is an advantage. At least 2–3 years of experience in school admissions, administration, customer service, sales/marketing, or a related role.
Previous experience working in a private school is an advantage.
Experience handling parents, prospective learners, and school records.
