IT Assistant and Website Developer
· Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. · Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment. · Manage and maintain company networks, internet connectivity, email systems, and user accounts. · Develop, maintain, update, and optimize the company website. · Create and update website content, pages, images, forms, and other digital assets. · Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, bugs, broken links, and technical issues. · Ensure the website is secure, responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO. · Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and basic website security. · Maintain accurate records of IT assets, systems, website updates, and technical issues. · Assist with data backup, recovery, cybersecurity, and IT security procedures. · Provide technical support for digital tools, business applications, and technology systems. · Monitor IT and website performance and recommend technology improvements.
· Provide guidance and basic training to employees on IT systems and applications. · Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when specialized technical support is required.
