At least 2 years of sales experience in the solar or energy storage industry, with a successful project case in Kenya distribution channels.
Familiar with the energy market in Kenya and East Africa, understanding local policies (such as "off-grid photovoltaic action") and mainstream customer needs.
Skills and abilities:
Excellent business negotiation and customer management skills, with cross-cultural
Proficient use of CRM tools, Office software, and data analysis software, fluent in English, basic Chinese preferred.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in business, energy engineering, or related fields.
Preference is given to those holding internationally recognized industry certificates.
Legal status:
Must be a Kenyan citizen or hold a valid work permit, with no criminal record.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and maintain the solar energy storage market in Kenya and East Africa, formulate sales strategies, and achieve performance targets.
Establish partnerships with local power companies (such as Kenya Power Company KPLC), energy developers, and government agencies to promote project implementation.
Analyze market demand and provide customized solutions for customers (such as industrial and commercial energy storage, off-grid photovoltaic systems, etc.).
Coordinate with the technical team to communicate with customers and ensure the smooth progress of the project from bidding to delivery.
Regularly submit market reports to track industry developments (e.g., electricity pricing policies, competitive landscapes).
Complete the relevant matters assigned by the supervisor.
Should be willing to travel for business to accept business trips to other regions or countries in East Africa.
