Trade Marketer

Our client is a growing beauty and wellness organisation offering clean, effective solutions designed to nurture and protect the health of the skin and scalp.

They are seeking a commercially minded, energetic and results-driven Trade Marketer to strengthen retail performance, grow sales, improve product visibility and build strong relationships with stockists, beauty advisors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver agreed monthly sales targets. Drive sell-through across retail stockists and identify opportunities to increase product movement. Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor stock levels, product visibility, merchandising and shelf performance. Build strong relationships with store managers, retail teams and beauty advisors. Secure reorders, upsell products and follow up outstanding retailer orders. Close sales through WhatsApp, telephone, email and incoming digital leads. Follow up previous customers, enquiries and dormant leads to generate repeat purchases. Support in-store activations, promotions, product demonstrations and customer education. Follow up collections and outstanding retailer payments. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on leads, conversions, orders, revenue and collections. Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, pricing and retail trends.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in trade marketing, retail sales, field sales or business development . Experience within cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, beauty or FMCG is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising and sell-through. Confident building relationships with stockists, store managers and frontline retail teams. Strong sales closing and follow-up skills. Comfortable working both in the field and through digital sales channels. Highly organised, proactive, commercially aware and target-driven. Able to track performance and prepare clear sales reports.
