- Develop home renovation business and expand operational capacity.

Requirements

- Familiar with home renovation business models and customer conversion processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues through operational data.
- Willing to travel and manage multiple regions.
- Strong execution skills and able to work under pressure.
