Job Descriptions:
- Oversee day-to-day distribution operations in Gateway Palu, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage and lead the team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Optimize logistics and transportation methods to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all distribution activities.
- Track distribution metrics and prepare reports, using data to improve efficiency and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leading a team.
- Strong experience in logistics and warehousing.
- Independent management experience.
- Proficient in using computer work software.
- Willing to be placed in Palu, Central Sulawesi
