Network and Infrastructure

Maintain and troubleshoot business LAN/WAN, switching, routing, wireless, VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, trunking, ACL, and firewall-related services.
Monitor network availability, performance, logs, alerts, SLA indicators, and uptime; investigate incidents using structured evidence and root-cause analysis.
Apply secure network practices including segmentation, least privilege, secure authentication, wireless security, and mitigation of common Layer 2 and Layer 3 threats.
Support infrastructure changes and deployments across office, branch, or multi-site environments using controlled and safe implementation practices.

Microsoft 365 Administration

Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, authentication, and access.
Support Exchange Online mailboxes, permissions, mail flow, and service issues.

Helpdesk, Ticketing, and Asset Management

Maintain accurate asset records, assignments, movements, reconciliation results, and audit evidence in the company inventory system, including MISA where applicable.

Level Expectations

Technical independence: Owns complex tasks and technical decisions with minimal supervision.
Troubleshooting : Leads root-cause analysis, identifies systemic improvements, and prevents recurrence.
Documentation: Creates standards, diagrams, SOPs, change records, and operational guidance.
Collaboration: Coordinates stakeholders, supports decisions, and mentors junior colleagues.

Required Knowledge and Skills

5 years of working experience in the relevant role
Understanding of OSI and TCP/IP concepts, subnetting, VLSM, CIDR, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, ACLs, and firewall principles.
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and service issues in a safe, logical sequence using technical evidence.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, especially Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
Strong documentation, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Professional working ability in English (Written), intermediate English speaking skills; Chinese is an advantage.

Experience Profile

General experience: Substantial hands-on experience owning complex infrastructure and Microsoft 365 operations.
Network environment: Demonstrated delivery or ownership in multi-site or multi-branch environments.
Equipment exposure: Strong operational depth across one or more enterprise network platforms, including design and advanced troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification.
Hands-on exposure to centralized logging or monitoring platforms such as Rsyslog, Syslog-ng, ELK, Graylog, or equivalent

Working time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Standby for emergent cases.
