_We're a private counselling practice with offices in Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and Grande Prairie, plus virtual services across Canada. We've built this place around a pretty simple idea: therapy should feel human. That goes for our clients, and it goes for our team._

_Our Vernon office is growing, and we've got a comfy chair with your name on it. We're looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor to come sit in it._

_*Here's the deal*_

_You bring the clinical skills. We bring literally everything else._

_Referrals, bookings, billing, intake, reception, marketing, the website, the office snacks, the person who remembers to order more tissues ? all handled. You get to do the work you actually went to grad school for, without becoming an accidental small business owner in the process._

_Day to day, that looks like:_

• _Seeing your own caseload of individuals, couples, youth, and/or families ? whoever you're best with_
• _Keeping your notes in JaneApp (we'll show you the ropes)_
• _Working within your scope and BCCSW standards, as one does_
• _Joining team consults and peer support if you want them (no pressure, but people tend to like them)_
• _Being a friendly human to our admin team, who will absolutely have your back_

_*You'll fit right in if you have*_

• _A Masters Degree from an accredited program_
• _Current registration in good standing with the BCACC_
• _Professional liability insurance, or the willingness to sort that out before you start_
• _Availability to see clients in person at our Vernon office_
• _A warm, down-to-earth style ? we're not a stiff, formal kind of practice_
• _The ability to work independently without feeling like you're on an island_

_*Bonus points for*_

• _Training in trauma-informed practice, EMDR, EFT, CBT, DBT, or whatever your thing is_
• _Experience with kids, teens, or families_
• _An interest in supervision or mentorship somewhere down the road_

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour
