Logistics Operations Associate

Working hours: 6 days/week 3 Shift Working (Depends on Company schedule): 3 Shifts Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9)

Job Descriptions:

• Reply client and Supplier message in 5-10 mins and email in 15 mins.
• Receive customer truck bookings, and record it in system.
• Confirm truck will be on time and Monitor truck status.
• Updating to supervisor when there is issue.
• Cooperate supervisor to improve the work process.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Min. 2 - 3 years experience in Logistics / Transportation / Freight Forwarder / Import & Export or related business. Have knowledge in import / export process is MUST. Fair - Good verbal and written English communication skill is plus. Flexibility to work as multiple shifts. High responsibility, willing to learn and able to work with others as teamwork. Strong in computer skills in MS office such as word, Excel and Google sheet (is plus). Service-mind, hard working, strong interpersonal and negotiation skill. Well organized and strong in working under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment. This work need timely manner especially reply to client and supplier.
