Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, insurers and brokers Develop long-term client engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, complaints, and service recovery. Conduct regular business reviews with clients and present performance reports, insights, and value-added recommendations. Oversee the preparation and review of client reports, service reviews, contracts, client handbooks, and other business documentation. Lead client implementation projects and ensure seamless transition from sales to operations. Support client audits, due diligence exercises, and compliance requirements. Monitor client performance metrics, identify service gaps, and implement improvement plans. Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management Business Development team to achieve departmental objectives. Set team goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative culture. Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal service delivery and achievement of business targets. Drive capability development and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance,and Technology, to improve service delivery

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Account Management or Sales within the healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in business analysis and strategic planning. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Self-driven, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
