Medical Laboratory Scientist

Responsibilities:

Performing diagnostic tests and procedures in various fields of laboratory medicine, Maintaining quality control standards and ensuring accurate and timely test results.  Analyzing samples, operating complex laboratory equipment, and collaborating with medical staff to support patient care and diagnosis.  Contribute to managing laboratory systems and adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Medical Technology and advanced diagnostic testing Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology best practices Experience with Quality Control standards and protocols in healthcare labs Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in laboratory environments
