SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Administer and maintain servers, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. Monitor system performance, connectivity, and availability. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Perform system backups, updates, maintenance, and security checks. Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with IT vendors when needed. Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and system records.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. With 1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support is preferred. Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, servers, databases, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and system backup solutions is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills.
