*Overview RECRUITING FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY POSITION IN EDMONTON*

*Relocation bonus and transfer costs will be covered by InHome Physiotherapy.*

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our physiotherapy team in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care with a passion for making a positive impact on the communities that they live in. They will also have a strong moral compass, always keeping their patients best outcomes in mind. Home care experience would be beneficial but not necessary. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patients? mobility, function, and overall well-being. *Responsibilities*

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions within their living environment, utilizing clinical judgment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and alleviating pain across diverse patient populations.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities tailored to each patient?s needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques, especially within pediatrics and acute care environments, to enhance treatment efficacy.

*Qualifications*

  • Proven experience working in a home care model will be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different age groups and backgrounds.
  • Relevant licensure or certification as required by local regulatory bodies. In Alberta you will need your CPTA#.
  • Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

They are there for you throughout your time working with InHome. Supporting you with your client communication, billing, assessment bookings, assistance with all things EMR and any other support that you may need throughout your time working with InHome.

Pay: $120,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
