OPERATION MANAGER - HOUSEKEEPING

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. To Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department

1. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

1. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

1. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

1. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

1. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

1. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

1. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements:

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

1. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

1. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

1. Excellent interpersonal skills
