What does an ASSISTANT CONTROLLER do at IMPROVEN?

As an Assistant Controller, you're responsible for more than just the figures. You ensure that financial processes are accurate, provide insights and are continuously improved.

You'll be working on reports, analyses and month-end closings, but you'll always look beyond the end result. You'll also identify opportunities, contribute ideas for improvements and take the initiative to organise processes in a smarter and more efficient way.

You liaise with various stakeholders within the organisation and ensure that financial information is not only available, but also understood and utilised. In doing so, you have a direct impact on the quality of decision-making.

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to develop, take on responsibility and actively contribute to optimisation and improvement initiatives.

Some of your duties

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including KPI analyses
• Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts for several private limited companies
• Developing and improving financial dashboards and management information
• Drawing up and monitoring budgets, forecasts and liquidity plans
• Analysing revenue and margin trends within projects
