Sales Associate

Location : Nairobi (Village Market,Sarit Centre, Syokimau) Positions: 10 Positions

We are looking for confident, proactive, outgoing and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team across multiple locations

We are looking for people who: Have previous sales or customer service experience Are confident, friendly and well-spoken Have a natural talent for selling and a drive to achieve targets Enjoy working with customers and creating an excellent shopping experience Have an eye for visual merchandising and store presentation Can take responsibility for stock accuracy and store cleanliness standards Are passionate about proudly Made in Kenya brands and African craftsmanship

What we offer: KES 18,500 starting salary + commission on all personal sales Opportunity for growth within a growing Kenyan retail brand

Requirement: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct , or proof that you have already applied for one.

Minimum experience Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, accessories, hospitality or another customer-facing sales role . Ideally 1–2 years of sales experience . This is a target-driven sales role. The successful candidate must be comfortable actively approaching customers, recommending products, upselling and working towards monthly sales targets.
