STAFF NURSE

Job Summary: The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients. The nurse works closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patients, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and support patient recovery.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification. Valid nursing license/registration as required in the applicable U.S. state. NCLEX-RN eligibility or successful NCLEX-RN completion, depending on employer requirements. Relevant clinical or hospital experience preferred. Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills. Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required. Willingness to comply with U.S. healthcare regulations and facility policies.
