Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare and review partnership accounts. Prepare periodic financial statements, management accounts, schedules, and other financial reports. Record and process invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, journals, and other accounting transactions. Perform bank, cash, receivables, payables, and other account reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and working papers for financial reporting and audit purposes. Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support audit, tax, and other financial reporting engagements by providing accurate accounting records and relevant documentation. Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records and supporting documents. Use accounting software, including QuickBooks and Tally, to process transactions and generate financial reports. Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve or escalate them appropriately. Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and other financial analysis as required. Ensure compliance with the Firm's accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Liaise with clients, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders where required. Perform other accounting and financial duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' relevant accounting experience. Demonstrable experience in partnership accounts and partner-related transactions is required. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Tally). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. Experience preparing financial statements and accounting schedules. Professional qualification or membership of ICAN, ACCA, or another recognised accounting body will be an advantage. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and numerical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a professional services environment.
