Project Manager

About the role Manage and oversee construction / M&E projects from planning to completion. This is an office and site-based position requiring frequent attendance at construction and project sites. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee construction / M&E projects from planning to completion

Attend project sites regularly to supervise and monitor construction progress, quality, and safety

Lead and coordinate site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution

Assist the Project Director in coordinating project execution, planning and daily operations

Review project requirements, specifications, technical drawings and contract documents

Prepare RFQ, evaluate supplier / subcontractor quotations and support tender submissions

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower deployment, material deliveries, and site activities

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications and regulatory requirements

Monitor project cost, variation works and assist in cost control

Prepare project documentation such as progress reports, method statements, risk assessments and handover documents
