📢 HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY LEASING

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month Location: Geylang Off Days: 8 days/month (Weekday off)

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00pm Working hours may vary depending on business requirements.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing sales for both B2B & B2C clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
• Generate, manage and follow up on sales leads
• Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues
• Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
• Work towards sales targets and business goals

✅ Requirements

• Property / leasing sales experience is preferred
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Proactive, motivated and sales-driven
• Familiar with CRM, AI and digital tools
• Willing to work on weekends
• Candidates with an interest in property and historic buildings are preferred
