AUTOMOBILE MECHANIC

Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults and problems.

Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, braking and suspension systems.

Carry out regular vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Replace faulty or worn-out vehicle parts and components.

Perform oil changes, filter replacement and other routine maintenance.

Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to inspect and repair vehicles.

Dismantle, repair and reassemble vehicle components when required.

Conduct testing after repairs to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.

Maintain tools and workshop equipment properly.

Keep the workshop and work area clean and follow safety requirements.

Perform other related vehicle repair and maintenance duties as assigned.
